1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Voice AI Autopilot platform ("Service"), operated by AI Software Services ("we", "us", "Company"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Important Notice

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Software Services. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Voice AI Autopilot Platform

Voice AI Autopilot is an artificial intelligence platform that provides automated conversation and assistance services. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Interactive conversations with advanced AI agents
  • Text processing and analysis in Romanian and English
  • Generation of contextual and relevant responses
  • Conversation history and session management
  • Premium features for subscribed users

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
  • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Email Verification

To fully activate your account, you must verify the email address provided. Some features may be restricted until verification.

4. Usage Rules

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

  • Premium Plan: 1,000 API calls per month
  • Enterprise Plan: 10,000 API calls per month

4.3 Monitoring and Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and to improve service quality.

5. Voice AI-Specific Terms

5.1 AI Disclosure Requirements

When using our Voice AI services, you must clearly and prominently disclose to all end users that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. This disclosure must be made:

  • At the beginning of each voice conversation
  • In a clear and understandable manner
  • Before collecting any sensitive information
  • In compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Important Notice

Failure to disclose AI usage may violate consumer protection laws and telecommunications regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring proper disclosure.

5.2 Voice Cloning and Impersonation Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to use our Service to:

  • Create synthetic voices that impersonate real individuals without their explicit written consent
  • Clone or replicate voices of real people for deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • Use voices in ways that could harm, harass, or defame individuals
  • Create voice content that violates rights of publicity or personality rights
  • Impersonate public figures, celebrities, or authority figures with intent to deceive

5.3 Prohibited Political and Electoral Uses

The Service may not be used for:

  • Voter suppression or election interference activities
  • Impersonation of political candidates or elected officials
  • Distribution of false or misleading political information
  • Automated political campaigning without proper authorization and disclosure

5.4 AI Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Voice AI Autopilot is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses should not be considered as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • You are responsible for verifying information before making decisions based on AI responses
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
  • The Service may include beta or experimental AI features that are not fully tested

6. Telecommunications Compliance

6.1 TCPA and Regulatory Compliance

If you use our Service for telephone communications, you must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Obtain prior express written consent for auto-dialed or prerecorded calls
  • Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): Obtain consent for electronic messages and voice calls
  • EU ePrivacy Directive: Comply with European telecommunications privacy requirements
  • National Do-Not-Call Lists: Scrub phone numbers against applicable DNC lists

6.2 Consent Requirements

Before using our Service to contact individuals via voice calls, you must:

  • Obtain prior express written consent from recipients
  • Maintain records of consent for at least 4 years
  • Provide clear opt-out mechanisms in every communication
  • Honor opt-out requests within 30 days

6.3 Call Recording and Privacy

If you use features that record conversations:

  • You must comply with applicable call recording laws in all relevant jurisdictions
  • Obtain consent from all parties before recording (one-party or all-party consent as required)
  • Provide clear notice that conversations are being recorded
  • Store recordings securely and delete them according to retention policies

Information

We may record calls for quality assurance, training AI models, and service improvement. All recordings are de-identified and aggregated using industry-standard technologies before use.

6.4 Time Restrictions and Do-Not-Call Lists

When making voice calls using our Service:

  • Do not call before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
  • Scrub phone numbers against applicable Do-Not-Call lists at least every 31 days
  • Maintain your own internal do-not-call list and honor requests immediately
  • Implement proper call throttling to avoid excessive calls to the same number

6.5 Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor telecommunications usage for compliance with these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate telecommunications laws
  • Report suspected violations to regulatory authorities
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

7. AI Data Usage and Training

7.1 Data Collection for AI Improvement

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent that we may collect and use data to improve our AI models:

  • Conversation transcripts and interaction data (de-identified and aggregated)
  • Voice samples and audio recordings (anonymized)
  • User feedback and correction data
  • Usage patterns and performance metrics

7.2 License for AI Training

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, process, and analyze User Content for:

  • Training and improving AI models and algorithms
  • Developing new features and services
  • Quality assurance and service optimization
  • Research and development purposes

All data used for AI training is de-identified, aggregated, and cannot be used to identify individual users.

7.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Our Service is powered in part by third-party AI and language model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI service providers. By using our Service:

  • Your conversations and data may be shared with these third-party providers
  • Third-party providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI providers' actions or data processing
  • You consent to data processing by these third-party providers as necessary to provide the Service

Third-Party Data Processing

When you use Support AI or Voice AI features, your inputs and conversations may be processed by OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), or other AI providers to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

7.4 Reverse Engineering Prohibition

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from our AI models
  • Extracting or replicating AI-generated voices, models, or algorithms
  • Using AI-generated content to train competing AI systems or services
  • Attempting to recreate or duplicate our AI technology
  • Scraping or systematically downloading AI-generated content for training purposes

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free: Basic access with limits
  • Premium: €5.99/month - Extended features
  • Enterprise: €19.99/month - Full access

8.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted payment service provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

8.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be notified 7 days before renewal.

8.4 Refund Policy

We offer full refunds in the following situations:

  • Cancellation within the first 14 days of purchase
  • Unresolved major technical issues
  • Erroneous billing

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

10. User Content

10.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). However, you grant us a license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

10.2 License Granted

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

10.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share it with us.

11. Privacy

Protecting your personal data is a priority for us. The collection, use, and protection of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

11.1 GDPR Consent

12. Indemnification

12.1 User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Software Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
  • Violations of telecommunications laws including TCPA, CASL, or similar regulations
  • Unauthorized voice cloning, impersonation, or deceptive use of AI-generated voices
  • Regulatory fines or penalties resulting from your use of the Service
  • Claims arising from your User Content or any content you generate using the Service

12.2 Defense and Settlement

AI Software Services reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You will not settle any claim without AI Software Services's prior written consent.

12.3 Notification

AI Software Services will provide prompt notice of any claim for which we seek indemnification, though failure to provide notice will not relieve you of your indemnification obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced by such failure.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

13.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties regarding the operation, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Software Services will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profit
  • Business interruption
  • Improper use of the Service

13.3 Liability Limits

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

Voice AI Autopilot is an artificial intelligence system and its responses may contain errors. We do not assume responsibility for decisions made based on information provided by the AI.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account from account settings or by contacting the support team.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay owed fees
  • You use the Service abusively
  • You request data deletion under GDPR
  • You violate telecommunications laws or regulations
  • You engage in voice cloning or impersonation without consent

14.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of the Service:

  • Account access will be suspended
  • Data will be deleted according to retention policies
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Payment obligations remain valid
  • Indemnification obligations survive termination

15. Governing Law

15.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage amicable dispute resolution. Before initiating legal proceedings, please contact us to attempt to resolve the issue.

15.3 GDPR Compliance

These Terms are drafted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

16. Changes to Terms

16.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting of the updated version on the site.

16.2 Notification of Changes

For significant changes, we will notify you through:

  • Update of the "Last updated" date

16.3 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
